The gReach Associate role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the established subsector mission in the following ways: Create scalable and versatile proposals and presentations applicable to the entire organization. Conduct optimization analysis of YouTube video ads for selected key clients. Provide insights through various user trend analyses for selected key clients. Build a generative AI-powered operational efficiency support system adaptable to the entire organization. Summarize YouTube video analytics and video trends for each industry (telecommunications, credit cards, finance, real estate, etc.). Join and contribute to various sales projects. Tailor make presentations in collaboration with team members, incorporating unique insights aligned with the client's marketing objectives. Conduct discussions and joint ideation to anticipate client needs and determine next steps from analysis results, in collaboration with team members, to directly address strategic business goals.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital advertising, web consultation, business development, or consulting
• Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently
• Excellent detailed oriented skills, with the ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills
